It was three years ago that I saw your lovely holiday home on Marktplaats: wonderful, with a private pool, wifi and air conditioning in every room. That certainly appealed to me, so I saved your lovely spot among my favourite listings. And now, in 2026, we wanted a holiday in September, a real break, and suddenly I thought of your holiday home that I had saved, to come here to the Dordogne. And what a good choice it was: a beautiful view and a lovely pool, truly a place to unwind. And that is exactly what we did, taking it easy and enjoying this place. We also enjoyed the beautiful drives in the convertible. How beautiful the Dordogne is, with its charming villages and castles. We would like to thank you for the wonderful stay at Le Moulin Noix.

We had a wonderful holiday. The beautiful house (so complete) with lovely beds. The great garden with places to sit everywhere; our dog slept wonderfully here and spent two weeks sniffing around and lying in the sun. And how we were spoiled with a delicious meal on the day of arrival. We would love to come back again!

Wonderful when you feel completely at home in an unfamiliar house within an hour! Everything is right: the atmosphere, the location, the view and the lovely landscape. And everything you need is here! Thanks to the ever-improving weather we were able to make use of 'everything': the garden, the pool and more. The surroundings are fantastic, with many charming little towns within a 30-minute drive. Cycling along the winding country lanes was a delight too. We had a fantastic week! P.S. Lou Toupi (a pop-up restaurant under a large canopy in a field near La Roque-Gageac) is highly recommended!

Our expectations were exceeded. Already very enthusiastic in advance based on the detailed information. Warmly welcomed on arrival by Richard, and we instantly fell for this very particular spot. A wonderful house, a beautiful garden and a lovely pool. Stunning view across the valley, birds of prey in the sky and the occasional roe deer. Everything is taken care of and Richard solves any small problem. We would gladly return.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the house, the place and the area, and your hospitality. The house felt like home, a lovely pool, with the beautiful sight of swallows swooping past us to drink. We enjoyed the view with a glass of wine. We also loved playing pool in the evenings. Grateful to have enjoyed all of this.

We had a wonderful stay despite (or thanks to) the somewhat lesser weather. Enjoyed the calm and the view. Out and about in the morning, by the pool in the afternoon or at one of the many other spots to sit. La Roque Gageac and Limeuil were well worth visiting. Tip: at Le Petit Paris in Daglan we ate truly fantastic, with a 38 euro menu. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would gladly return.

We had two wonderful weeks in your lovely house in the Dordogne. The house is in a very beautiful and quiet location, with plenty of activities in the stunning surroundings too (canoeing, climbing parks, villages). With the warm weather we enjoyed the pool every afternoon and, in the evenings, the beautiful view over the valley! It was a pleasure! Thank you for the warm welcome!

Last year six of us spent a week in Richard and Liesbeth’s house. And truly everything was perfectly arranged! Richard replies to messages straight away. Especially with some uncertainty around corona, that felt reassuring. The house itself is truly fantastic: it sits on a hill with a beautiful view, and the covered outdoor area is a great addition too! And there is plenty to do and see in the area. Everything is there: large fridges, washing machines and a perfect barbecue. I can recommend staying here to everyone! This year we are going on holiday with one more person, so unfortunately not to Richard and Liesbeth’s house, but we will certainly come back one day!

We are back home after a wonderful week in the beautiful Dordogne. Everything went smoothly. The directions were perfect, luckily, because the satnav lost its way now and then. The house was beautiful, and so was the location. Wonderfully quiet, in the evening only the sound of crickets and otherwise lovely silence. We all enjoyed the house, the pool, the garden, the table tennis and the other games. The surroundings were great too, there is so much to see and do. We will certainly go back.
