Terms in brief

• Changeover day is Sunday, with arrival from 4 pm and departure before 10 am.
• Deposit of 35% on booking, balance due no later than six weeks before arrival.
• Final cleaning of € 175 is mandatory. Security deposit of € 500 is refunded after your stay.
• Bed linen included; towels to be brought yourself.
• Maximum six adults plus a baby. Dogs allowed by prior arrangement.
• We recommend taking out your own cancellation insurance.
